A lodge is a type of mobile home. A mobile home is defined as a home that is built in no more than two sections (Section 13 (1) of the Caravan Sites Act 1968). The size of mobile homes was increased in 2006 to 20m/65.6ft long and 6.8m/22.3ft wide. All of Landscape Living’s lodges are built to a specification which exceeds BS3632, the British standard for the manufacture of mobile homes.
Starting from the date of dispatch, your home has a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer a 10-year Platinum Seal, which protects you against a wide range of faults relating to the structure of the property.
